Each lot is individually registered with Land Titles, ready for final & absolute sale. All wells are drilled, with flow rates and water potability exceeding Interior Health requirements. Ground conditions are uniform throughout with excellent percolation rates. Roads are completed and electricity is ready for hookup. Telephone hookups have been promised by Telus and should be ready shortly.  Five lots have been sold (Lots 1, 2, 6, 7 and 12). Seven lots are still available.
